First one, you have to complete Moon's quest in Annie's adventure. Complete Hailey's level up to level 11. Go back to level 3 and find her behind the treasure chest. Play Annie's level 3. Follow to the rope to a secret place. Talk to her and go play level 4 now. She will be there waiting for you to find goblins for her in that level.
