The level design on this is kind of incredible, and the learning curve felt so good.
As I learned the right moves and fell over and over, what at first felt impossible became easy. It made it less and less frustrating to fall, as I became consistent with navigating the earlier parts, and that kept me motivated to get to the end.
It's by no means an easy game, but hard work earns rewards! I loved it!
And the sound and art work so well with the game feel; the rhythm of those stompy stomp noises were like the clock of fate ticking inevitably toward my victory.
