What OS are you using?
Are you using the itch.io app to download the latest version?

I am using Windows 7 32 bits.

No, I bought the game on this site before I created an account and downloaded the zip file. Because I didn't have an account, I can't re-download it without purchasing it again.

Do you remember the email you used to buy the game here on the website? I can check the history and send you a key. You should also try running the game using the itch.io app since it keeps the game updated
