as far as ik, this issue is exclusive to the itch launcher coz unity's way of handling serving compressed content is weird and expects to always be hosted from a server instead of just ur drive.
While I think playing it in browser should work,
im gonna look into updating the build with "decompression fallback" to see if it fixes the issue.
