Unfortunately, the dev has decided not to work on this game anymore. I think it was a combination of personal-life stuff and the lead developer leaving the team.
Also, even if it was still in development, I think it's unlikely that Ninetales would be added, Alolan or original, seeing as there are so many other 'mon that could be added, that it would seem unfair for one line to have two 'mons in the game.
