Any chance I can synchronize my progress on Android phone to my PC

I don't know...but maybe? I think the save files are in: SD:/Android/data/com.Club-Detention.program/files/saves/ or a similar path. You'd have to copy the save from there to your PC save location Club Detention/game/saves/. Or vice versa of course.
I've never done it myself, but I think it should be possible.
