Why is my Faylen not show up yet in Agranor, even though i already opened map of misty marsh and have Nel in 10.9 point of realtionship

I want to incerase the relationship meter with her again, already leveling up the Candy mannequin to max lvl (5) and i explore" Again the forest for couple of days but still its not triggered the event that i can meet Faylen for the seccond time
You can usually find this elf in 3 places: at her home, in the elf enclave; in an abandoned house or on a ship. It depends on your actions in the game.
About the events. Their launch largely depends on Celica's development as a mage and her relationships with other characters. The more you help Celica become a powerful mage, the easier and faster the gameplay becomes.
Therefore, if you notice that there are no new events: go to the bartender, the fortuneteller. And if they are silent, go with your friends to a duel with monsters, using potions and artifacts from your inventory in the process.
