Can you send us your log files? They are located at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Eromancer\pure-onyx on Windows. If you send them to eromancergames@gmail.com I'll look at them as soon as I can :D.
We've been in touch :D. If anyone else has a similar issue, make sure your folder path when running the game doesn't contain any illegal characters :D.
