Nice to look through that "wiki" a little. Many interesting details that also never come up in the game. Quite nice for me to learn, but if you wanna keep an overview of your world i would recommend to not focus on getting too many details that you will probably never utilize.
I see this is WIP but just in case you didn't think about that yet you should add areas/factions and give them details as well. Then you can add affiliations to and between characters/factions that will help you make threats for you to follow if you wanna look something up.
Structure is your best bet in keeping consistencies and your overview. Helped me a ton for dm'ing eg.
