When dying as Luna and beating Real Mary, I got a bunch of snake scales, which I used on 60%, getting me to 98%, and I assume I wasn't meant to do this, because I got into a fight with No-Eye Soft. Beating them unlocked the Noire memory
Luna and Snake Scales are usually the last things that players unlock in the game, that's why they're so op, this is intended. It's like a way to unlock and see everything you missed in previous runs
