We haven't added the bonus scenes yet but they'll be at the end of the game. Eventually each character will have 7 effigies that you can find on their route, and finding all 7 of them for a given character will unlock their bonus scene.
how did you find the hidden effigies? I have unlocked all scenes in 20a but haven't found any effigies apparently
