Download and extract StreamingAssets.zip in your app data folder. There is a video of it available on my YouTube channel. Also make sure you don't make create folder while extracting the file. It should be files/StreamingAssets/***.csv not 'files/StreaminAssets/StreamingAssets/***.csv'.
