This definitely has a lot of skill behind it, but it's kinda "all plot, no character," at least from the parts I've played so far. The story chugs along so fast that I don't have much time to get attached to anyone.
Yeah, Null is the best. Better than this and better than Null Remastered. I like everything in the original Null more. The art, the dialogues. (Although I do like sprites in Death Moon.) It feels like original Null was put more effort into it.
And original names are also cooler. Cécélia > Astrid.
