I liked SS quite a lot, so I gave Hex a shot. It's very promising, with all those improved and polished mechanics, thanks for the awesome work. As the game is still in the early stages, I have some feedback:

What I really like:
- The ideas of the combat system
- Being able to skip known dialogues with holding down space
- The interaction with Meila is hilarious!
- The action hotkeys make for smooth playing. Once one has some hands free, if you know what I mean

Problems I encountered:
- Asset loading in the browser version is really flaky. Character images load just fine, but backgrounds almost never show up and icons mostly just show the "missing image" hint. I felt no differenct between having CDN on or off. I tried Chromium as well as Firefox and LibreWolf. Yes, I have ad blocking and strict privacy settings enabled, the internet is barely usable (and quite unsafe) without those.
- Fighting balance is a bit at odds. I can still defeat every enemy with the dagger only when I'm out of MP, but it's extremely tedious as it takes minutes of repeatedly using attack and deflect.

Personal taste (and personal taste only):
- Why do the chars - especially the MC, especially when masturbating - look so young? In my oppinion the cuteness factor is too high, some visuals come close to child xxx
- What happened to "hang around in the tavern, naked", one of my favourite p(ass)times? :D

For the asset loading issues, I’m working on improving this in a few different ways! I think expanding the CDN is probably the way to go, even though you said that didn’t seem to help much, I think the issue has to do with the number of simultaneous downloads, not the speed. Basically browsers limit how many downloads a single domain can have going at once, and I believe that’s the issue here, I just have too many files for the number of domains I am using (1 without the CDN, 2 with it). Anyway, I do think I can fix this, it’s just an infrastructure issue.

For balance, the biggest plan I have right now is to allow players to give up so you can just take the L when you run out of resources instead of having to try to use the dagger. I am open to other suggestions though. I like the focus on magic and MP, and there are abilities that can help you generate more MP, so I’m loathe to just buff the dagger, but that is an option.

For the art, we did, as a design goal, want to make the art cute. I don’t think the characters look that young aside from having big heads and eyes, but we are trying to be careful and make sure nothing looks too problematic. It’s possible to go back and touch up the existing art in the future to make sure that it doesn’t look like that. I think the masturbation pose is potentially just an issue of the perspective, but I’ll take your opinion into consideration and review all the art when I have time. Just to clarify though, all of the characters are instended to be adults, with Meila/Iris in particular meant to be in at least her mid-twenties.

You can go to the tavern nude, though it doesn’t do a whole lot yet. To unlock leaving the house naked, you can go bathe in the lake at the shore, eventually someone will snatch your clothes, after this event, if you also have enough experience with exhibitionism, Meila will let you leave the chapel naked!
