I really love the concept. It does feel a bit too luck based, but as a chaotic little game it is pretty good.
Oh, it's definitely a luck based game more than anything else, lol. The roleplaying comes in when you have to do the actual selling. We always go full HGTV "House Hunters" with it and really play it up. The goofier the better!
