Ruby Iseland to Southern Ruby Iseland? Im a Pc user
After enough progression, you can, but if you missed anything before, you can't get it back in that playthrough.
Well, this happens to me as clueless and a little stupid but next time it won't happen to me again. Thank you for the information :D
