I noticed that pregnancy said "already featured in the Going Home Ending with more to come" does that mean its END GAME only content?
Depending on the definition, I guess? There will be a lot of impregnation going on, and several of the girls can (optionally) become pregnant throughout the game. But as far as visible pregnancy goes, yes, the majority will be in the endings.
