Have you created an old save file in an earlier version of the game? And do you still have that version somewhere? If you did, it has to have a "save" folder in its "www" folder.
Without that folder, you unfortunately won't be able to transfer that save file into the new update. However, the newest update also had a problem with a new plug in, which forces the player to start over the game either way, so I'm not sure if you would be able to even implement that save file now anymore.
