assuming you are on the windows, just unzip the package and open SirenHead executable. If you run into a problem, make sure the zip package was downloaded completely.
Oh, it’s been a while since I uploaded the latest build. There were some changes on how the itch app handles the games. Good to know. Maybe I will check it out and update the launching options.
I checked the game via itch app and everything works just fine, so if you are using itch app to install the game, you should be able to launch it without any issue.
