You can try using Flush DNS, that cleans DNS cache
I can get through with the browsers, but I tried it with Google DNS anyway. But it doesn't work here either. What surprises me: Fapello is behind a Cloudflare. Are there any problems here?

If you go on Fapello, can you see the website?
or it shows a verification "Please Verify You Are a Human"?
It shows this message, that its verificating that I'm a human for about one second

i tried it with VPN (Private Internet Access) with an IP from Georgia, USA and it works fine, because there is no cloudflare-check anymore <3
