Yeah the feature for viewing the full dungeon map has been previously requested so it's in my player feedback list :)
Regarding the dating part, you're in the right track, what you need to do is make sure you answer the questions correctly, and give them the gift they wanted, for that is better to "Ask" them what they want so you know exactly what they are expecting.
After giving them the right gift at the date, it should increase your chances of a successful kiss.
I would not attempt the Touch option yet until you've progressed further in the relationship.
