Hello
You need to move past through them when they are not looking in your direction. It might be hard to notice it since their heads are too small, but their hands should be looking down
I swear I tried that before but I'll try it again now.

Edit 2: Ok so I'm near the end of the game now (btw I'm loving it!) and I defeated the cannibal but nothing new has happened. I've looked all over but nothing has happened. Am I supposed to get a key or something? And if so, what do I do?
