Hi, I am currently stuck at Rae's Story Ch. 9 How do i progress her quests in this case? can somebody pls help me?

Make sure your focus is at least Level 4. After that, the quest should start in the library in the afternoon. Waiting in your room til nightfall after that should progress the quest.
