huh?? thats weird ive never heard of this issue before x_x id recommend restarting, it might be stuck trying to run in the background?

ah do you know what happened just in case someone else has the issue? O:
The aspect ratio had gotten changed somehow. Just go to settings, display settings, display and resolution and just find whichever one fits your laptop/pc.
