Isiah doesn't have this option at first, because his relationship is based more on money than anything else... the idea is that not every relationship is the same, each partner has their own interests.
As for Nick and Luke, their stories aren't 100% complete yet, so in a next releases, when they're finished, there's a good chance that this option will be included
