Could you upload your save file to a file sharing site and paste the link here? (Anything will do, Google Drive, Mediafire, Mega etc).

I loaded your save and I could progress the Cait quest. She's in the Library > Study With Her > Let's Begin > Something Wrong? > Sure > I'll Try To Think Of Something.
That should update the quest.
