Sorry to hear that. While pretty uncommon it is a potential problem with Game Maker Studio games and the only solution they offer is to pay a company to autfenticate the executable, something that I can't afford to do for early access builds.
I'm sure there are ways to exclude it from your antivirus, but it would ne very fair that you would not to want to do that.
