Great job! I had some thoughts while reading:
- Great intro! It sets the tone very well. I like the characters you set up.
- A bit confused how the rotating GM scoring works.
- All the tables are pretty nice!
All in all, nice. I think what I would suggest is simplifying things. I think it might streamline your rules a bit.
