You can put change_mode_0_d right underneath change_mode_0_c in the language file, within the curly brackets of the placer_tooltips object. Make sure that there is a "," at the end of the change_mode_0_c line after the translated string, otherwise there will be a parsing error. If you're not familiar with json, { declares the start of an object and } declares the end. Each value in the object is notated as ("name":value,), and there should be a comma at the end of each value if there is another value declared afterwards. Strictly speaking, you don't need a comma if there is a ] or } after the value, but it doesn't hurt to include. You can find a json editor online if it is easier.

It should say "Range is 192 x2 pixels". 192 is the new radius so the full range of the hand would be twice that. You can also just say that the range is 384px. I put the range as r x2 because I thought it made more sense, but you can decide how you do it in the translation.

Also I have some questions about the cyrillics: Do they work, are all the characters required for ukrainian present, and do the letters look alright to you as a native speaker?
