Can I put in a request for these games to make it to Valve’s Steam store please? It would be amazing to play Otto Matic and others  with Steam achievements and cloud save. I’d even be happy to pay for them through the store. 

Incidentally the original Marathon trilogy have made it onto the store recently, via a developer who has been maintaining them (not Bungie). 

This gets requested every now and again, and I do agree that it would be cool to see the games on there. Unfortunately though, I currently don’t have time to tend to 8 separate Steam releases (for each of my Pangea ports) with the extra work that it would entail.
