Yeah, the art is great; there are a lot of terrific things available as assets here on itch.  (In fact, I've been thinking it would be fun to do a VN jam where the one requirement was for all the assets to be things posted as assets before the jam.)

I admit to kind of wanting to tell the story of what happened to the poor hero's ex, though it'd be hard to get it just right, since the demon lord kinda has to be all "it was just Tuesday" about it.  Maybe if that zine ever gets off the ground, I could write up a little story for it.  :)

I'm glad you enjoyed it. :D  I was really conflicted about releasing something so unlike my usual work, so it's gratifying to know it was worth taking the risk. :)
