Oh my god this is such a good idea! Well, yes it is barely original, but it executes a silent-hill like exploration/survival game very well. Very rules lite and replayable, also usable for creating interesting characters or backgrounds for rpg games. Definitely give it a shot. I can't tell if the game would have been better with some artwork in it, as it leaves everything to the imagination now but it also fuels it. Still I would have preferred to have a recommended background music or something to supplement this atmosphere heavy game.

Played a physical copy I bought from my FLGS. The game was tense to the last moment, with fantastic prompts that really brought the dark foreboding atmosphere to life! I ended up in a crazy situation where I had 7 cards left in the deck, a 6 card draw, and 3 Kings and 4 Aces already out. I decided if I miraculously didn't draw the last King by the end of this round, my character would survive to sunlight before succumbing to his wounds - and he did! Unforgettable experience, and I'm really excited to write it out as a short story later. :) Highly recommend this game, it's a fantastic spin on Wretched and Alone.
