A simple idea with a lot of potential.
Didn't make it super far as the game always restarts from level 1, which feels a bit frustrating. The first two levels are a bit boring once you've figured the game out.
The way new atoms spawn makes it a bit hard to predict where they will land and which size they will have. Maybe instead of dropping them in 3D space they could just fade or something like that.
Being able to remove atoms or rotate your character would certainly be great, but I understand that you ran out of time.

Thanks for the feedback, you can rotate with A & D actually & to remove atoms only should go to the delivery zone. Maybe isn't clear at all, we'll try to make clearer in future games. Got a great time making the game thanks for organizing it!
At first it wasn't clear that you move to the position you are clicking with the mouse. It is also confusing that the place were you deposite the molecule moves around at every restart. I would add an arrow to indicate that the molecule needs to be deposited there. Perhaps you can also add a mechanic to remove atoms that are accidentally picked up.
