Cool and dynamic game, I liked it.
LOVE THE GRAPHICS!! The core mechanics were also rly FUN!
glad you enjoyed playing it :)
The basic idea behind the game sounds good and definitely on topic. However, the implementation is lacking. There's no health indicator, so I didn't know how far gone I was. It's really hard to follow what's happening on the screen, and all the texts popping out here and there are not helping.
yeah that was a problem i had, i didn't know how to implement a health bar without it taking some space in your screen, thank you for your feedback! i will try to learn from my mistake :)
Pretty nice bullet hell. The orange bullets are difficult to see on the black background while the blue bullets are much easier to see but less important. I'd recommend switching those colors or using different ones. Also, the camera kept drifting pretty far away from my character and I had to stop my momentum to let the camera catch up. It seems like the bullets may have a very long lifespan, so it's pretty effective to fire around in all directions hoping to kill enemies that are offscreen. I enjoyed all the particle effects and feedback from hitting things. My best score was 90 kills. Can anyone beat that?
thank you so much for the feedback and glad you liked the game, i will keep in mind your notes and try to get better, also my best score so far was 120, :)
A bunch of work went into the polish for this game, and it shows. It's very easy to get into the zone of dodging, ducking, and weaving - very similar to Geometry Wars in that regard. I do have a couple little nitpicks though -
Great work!
yes i had the problem of wanting to visualize the increase in accuracy of your bullets but it was too much text on the screen distracting the player, thank you so much for your feedback :).
Good
