The game takes place during Christmas Eve, with its story rooted in the winter season and how those holidays can affect broken families. The main character is guided through a dark winter landscape with two gnomes as winter-themed spirit-guides.

This game does not have any gameplay except choices of how the story should progress through dialogue and the ability to walk around. The game is based around a year walk, an old swedish tradition, where one walks through a long night in December and encounter pagan spirits. The game is purely story focused.
