first off, congrats on the first finished product! the best part is no matter how you feel about it now, good or bad, you can only look back on this and remember how far you've come a year from now!

i def see what you were going for i think, and if fleshed out a little more this could def be a fun little retro romp.

one thing for sure, make sure you are not blowing out the red meters on anything when you are exporting. remember that when layering, things can pretty much only get louder/more distorted. you want to lower the output of the DAW significantly -- once you learn more about mixing and such, you will figure out where and how to place things.

Its very good, but its also a little too loud.

Now that you point it out, my ears do kinda bleed listening to this. Not posted yet but I adjusted the volumes with automations and stuff. Thx for the feedback🫶
