Very very neat track.
I don't know if you have a character in mind for this, but to me this feels like an early video game villain that gives the appearance of being tough but can actually be a bit of a pushover. Like they'd be the type of guy to talk about how evil they are and proceed to fall down a flight of stairs in their intro scene. To my ears there's this bombastic quality to it that I think really suits the character in the image and tells quite a bit about them. I don't know if any of this is accurate or intentional lol but that's how I interpreted this.
