Description
This is a submission for "Weekly Note Composing Jam #13" wherein participants are invited to work on a song given the prompt "Stepping on a Lego". Came across the "Folding Kick" preset while fooling around in Pigments last week and wanted to do something with it. When I saw the theme for this week's weekly note jam, I figured its crunchiness would work well to represent such an impactful theme. The glissando runs introducing the synth lead also serve to provide a sense of instability... (the stepper is hurt and has lost balance, oh no!). DAW: FL Studio VSTs: Steven Slate Drums 5.5, Korg Triton and M1, Arturia Pigments and Acid V, In Session Audio Shimmer Shake Strike 2, Native Instruments Session Horns Pro, Ample Sounds Metal Ray. Plugins: Guitar Rig 6, Waves Magma Tubes Stereo, Waves Magma Channel Strip, Fruity Balance, Limiter, Parametric EQ 2, and Compressor, Maximus.

Is all over the place has lots of cool stuff going on, but as u start stacking up more and more shit gets more complicated to mix. Like the entire bass part is for some reason entirely in left channel, when there is plenty of space (frequency wise) for it to be stereo yes, my right ear felt afk half of the time. Is still super cool submission tho verygj.
The energy on this is very nice and strong, I like the kind of swelling up and down the kind of pulse of it.
Coordination between a lot of parts was hard to achieve, i think you got -most- of it.
Personal taste it's a little chaotic but people know my own stuff is ... well yeah chaotic lol.
I had a good time with this one, well done.
Cool track! I really like the saxophone. I tried to add some trumpets to mine but wasn't really able as they didn't quite sound as I wanted them to.
