This one was definitely the best execution of a rhythm game for this jam, I could tell a lot of thought went into mapping the drum strikes. My only real critique has already been brought up by others, which is that more feedback when hitting the notes would have been nice, as well as maybe some physics on the drumsticks so they don't go through the drums. Overall, this one was very fun and was only really lacking in terms of feedback for the hits.

Very cool concept for a game! My only feedback would be to add more visual feedback when you hit the drums so maybe the drums could shake or pop when you hit them, Other than that a replay button would be nice :D

Good job! Nice use of the theme, as mentioned some more particle effect or haptics when the drum is hit would have helped but eh we don't have much time on these jams. Some of the music/voice overs where a little muffled for me. Still nice work!

It's a good start towards a Beat Saber clone, but it's a shame that nothing actually happens when you 'hit your note'. other than gaining morale.  Beat Saber's songs (and hit points) are designed to add percussion to the song (also Pistol Whip's shooting rhythm), so you're actually playing along to the beat and making the song better when you're winning.  (I have jokingly called it Drum Hero more often than not, especially at higher levels).  I would suggest haptics on successful hits, particles, different drum sounds and improving the animation of the 'battle' so that you have some degree of understanding of progress.  It's a cool idea regardless!

That really felt like a proper game - well done!

Somewhere within the song I started to march towards enemy lines while still hitting the notes and actually won when almost reaching them haha. Maybe make the notes check if they're above the drums.

Oh and smooth turning makes me puke immediately, please opt to snap or make it an option.

Great jam entry!
