How does your entry adhere to the theme "virtual pet"?
You and your doll are stuck in separate "zones", the pet zone and the human zone. You can only interact with them by sending items or controlling drones.

Interesting game! I included it in my Virtual Pet Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to check it out. :)

Cool idea, though I couldn't figure out how to properly feed the pet? The items just dropped inside the house, but it wouldn't pick them up. Could see this developing into an almost animal-crossing kinda thing with some more work though!

Developer

Yeah, there seems to be a bug in which the pet doesn't interact with items on the ground. It seems to happen mainly on mobile, and I'm trying to fix it.

I had to zoom out quite a bit to play this on my screen, which was a little annoying. The game itself was a bit confusing- I wasn't sure how to earn money, and the resets-to-your-house bug made me a bit lost sometimes- but I was persistently distracted by all the cool bouncy animations that I wish I knew how to do lol.

Developer

Yeah, I should have made it a little more clear that you can get coins from shaking trees or the gift you can get when fishing, sorry. I'll add it to the description.

I really enjoyed this. I love the idea that the fishing spot was like a giant pile of yarn. I always enjoy games with customization too!
