Unfortunately, I think there might be an error with how you uploaded the game files. I got this error when I tried running your exe file.
I'm at school rn so I can't check for myself, but I think I already have that dll somewhere in Windows, so didn't get that error but you don't have the dll. Maybe try downloading the dll from the Internet and put it in the games folder?
