Any age, can be played in groups, can be used to teach story telling or socializing.

Time & Players
As long as one needs, as you're riding a train and it can be timed, etc. However many players, from one to twenty!

Rules, Tools, & Assessment
You need a D6, D8 and D10 or a number picker. Not really an assessment as it's just for fun. It can be played alone or with a leader.
