The game was good fun, well done!
As another commenter said, some visual/audio cue to the player that the police officer is about to turn around would be a great way to balance the game a bit!
Great idea. The main game mechanic is well developed and the game fit the theme well.
I think another mechanic is that the police can give a warning. Currently i think i am just bad at kicking guys but a warning system could be nice:)
A similar thing happens to me whenever I go to Walmart.
