I hope you consider a postjam paid release if you weren’t already, so you can get paid for the amazing game you made. Add some extra stages, some tournament or silly story mode, a slight facelift, and a few new bells and whistles and it’s basically shippable as a premium product.

It runs tolerably on my laptop, but I would definitely say that lowering the minimum requirements a bit would be a great idea should you take the game further as this game has strong potential within a more casual market. I know as an Unreal Engine 5 game there’s only so much you can do, but it’s well worth looking into at least as what you have here is more than viable as a proof of concept for something greater.

WELL DONE.

Thank you for playing the game. I am happy you liked it.

I am not sure about making a paid version of the game, but there will most likely come a updated version.  First of all is the plans to give it controller support, settings menu, improved UI, and some improvements to the music/sounds/visuals. I also have some ideas to at least a couple more game modes, that is using some of the game mechanics.

I will keep it as a local multiplayer game and I am not sure how well a tournament would work for that. But maybe.

It lags so much! Maybe it's because my graphics driver of my integrated graphics is something like 2 years old and can't really handle UE5! (Don't forget that I was also recording... and had the itch.io app open...) At least I was able to finish one game before my device froze!

Year games made in Unreal Engine is pretty graphic heavy, but I could also have done a bit more to optimizing in for lower end hardware.
