This game has a soft, melancholy air even in the rules. It took me a minute to figure out how rolling the days/visitors worked and how the ingredients-to-tea thing worked properly, but that's probably user error. Overall a simple and meditative little game. I'm looking forward to eventually picking up the Complete edition to compare.

I am really happy that there is a fairy tale hack of "Alone Among the Stars"! 🧚🏻‍♀️

It has clear texts, a lovely aesthetic, and fantastic prompts. The A-K ones are very evocative, I like that they suggest both concrete and abstract ideas, and also a touch of color. 

I had fun meeting wayfarers, fairy godmothers, witches, and trying to escape through magic windows!
