For the sake of staying in the spirit of the jam, which is to make something new and have fun making it rather than trying to make something ‘good’, I’m going to say no unless it was made specifically for this jam but before submissions opened.
So if you knew about this jam and made something for it, I don’t care when you did it. But if you made something not for this jam but think it is a good fit, sorry, that defeats the intent of the jam.
