UP2037603: Absolutely brilliant graphical design (I especially like the small detail of the exhaust glowing) and easy to access gameplay. Pressing space slowing your fall then speeding up rather than immediately moving up is a very good feature to include as it forces you to be careful with going too much in one direction then not having time or room to escape so it shows how well designed this is.
I did find that the difficulty does increase a bit too fast once you get to around 30 score as the screen was a bit too full.
It has some really nice visuals and the controls are very responsive. Enjoyed dodging the asteroids and the score counter seems very accurate!
Your game is gorgeous, and not only that it plays well and none of my attempts ended in an incorrect score. The rocket handles pretty ok and the only thing I could think of for improvments would be maybe adding other flying obstacles for a later version.
Awesome job, I love it! :D
Looks great and plays well, the particle effects used for the rocket look so good. The sounds that are included are good but as most others have said some background music would add so much to it.
Things I love:
Parallax on the menus; Asteroid animations; Rocket particles
Things that could be better:
The rocket feels very heavy with how it moves; It doesn't make sense that the walls kill the rocket
A fun lil game, art style is cool.
The only suggestion I can make is some background music, and make the background parallax slightly.
Really cool game! I love the art style, especially the fire from the rocket, and the gameplay works really well (I swear I'm not biased just because it's incredibly similar to mine).
In terms of improvements some background music might be nice, but overall great job!
