Can I submit VR/XR game ?

I was wondering the same thing.

i asked  on the discord and they said no. i wanted to make a vr game. the synty people dont have a headset to play them on. 

Unfortunately, we wouldn’t accept VR submissions as not all of the Synty team own a VR headset. As this would significantly limit how many of the team can judge the project
