The monochrome colour scheme is a nice touch to the game overall. The character design and animation were well done. The original art really fits the horror aspect of the game. The sounds also kept the atmosphere going throughout. Somehow this reminds me of the animation, Coraline. If there is one thing I'd like to suggest for future updates, it is that the ending should've had as much impact as the beginning since I was expecting an animation. However, I understand there could be time restraint since this was for a jam. Great job!

Thank you for the feedback! And you would be correct on the time restraint for the ending. Our original team artist had to drop out of the game jam halfway through and they didn't create any assets during that time, so our current artist team member really stepped up and knocked out what they could. There is even a game over screen that was planned, but is just simple end card sadly.

I enjoyed this a lot! The graphics were fantastic. The character movement and animations looked good as well. I liked the flashlight 🔦. It looked sweet! The enemies and main character reminded me of Tim Burtons movies. I like how you added a story element to the game as well! The only thing I could complain about was the lack of pause menu. The game is also easy to pickup and figure out! Good work Snootysnootgames.

Thank you for checking out the game! I am glad you liked it. This was my first game jam, and I believe the others on the team too. It was definitely a fun but stressful experience. I hope you spread the word of the game so others can try it out and give us more feedback!
