In a fantasy world where Halloween-themed monsters and witches are commonplace, the Universe is about to come to an end. A grim reaper is tasked with working at a cafe run by Death himself, serving patrons with a meal that recreates that person's most precious memory. Inspired by various visual novels of the cafe and bartender simulator subgenre, Last Meal at Cafe Mori is a game about death, deserts, and introspection.

This was a fantastic game! The ending I got was so warm and actually brought tears to my eyes (gonna try for the other 2 soon). All of the patrons were so interesting to talk to (Jack was definitely my favorite haha, he was so lively and loveable, and even had some wise words to say), I also love the animated background that scrolls by, and the blender mechanic was a lot of fun! And of course, the voice acting was superb. I did notice a few leveling issues, but as someone that deals with voice over myself it can be hard to get it perfect, and generally speaking it was leveled pretty well. Everyone fit their characters like a glove and brought to life their personality. A charming, warm, and fun experience!
